6. During the treatment process, closely monitor the temperature and liquid level of absorption tower and the liquid level change of limestone slurry tank, and handle them according to the provisions of short-time shutdown if necessary. 2、 Desulfurization booster fan fault
(1) fault phenomenon

2. The red light of desulfurization booster fan is off, the yellow light is on, and the motor stops rotating

4. If the slurry feeding system is put into automatic mode, the slurry feeding will be stopped by interlocking
(2) cause analysis

2. Desulfurization booster fan loses power
3. The recirculation pump of absorption tower stops completely
4. The pressure loss of desulfurization unit is too large or the inlet and outlet flue gas baffles are not opened in place
5. The bearing temperature of booster fan is too high
6. The motor bearing temperature is too high
7. The motor coil temperature is too high
8. Excessive fan bearing vibration
9. Electrical fault (overload, overcurrent protection, differential protection action)
10. Booster fan hospitals will disinfect equipment and instruments more frequently, and the disinfection capacity of disinfectants is also increasing, causing surge
11. Excessive dust content in hot flue gas
12. The boiler load is too low
(3) treatment method
1. Confirm that the desulfurization bypass damper and the absorption tower ventilation damper are automatically opened, and the inlet and outlet flue gas dampers are automatically closed. If the interlock is poor, it should be handled manually
2. Check the tripping cause of booster fan. If it is caused by interlocking action, it can be restarted only after the system returns to normal
3. If it is caused by fan equipment failure, it shall be reported to the shift supervisor and the sub field in time, and the maintenance personnel shall be contacted for handling. It is forbidden to restart the fan before the fault is verified and handled
4. If the operation cannot be resumed in a short time, it shall be handled according to the provisions for short-time shutdown. III. full stop of the absorption tower drive recirculation pump
(1) fault phenomenon
1. The audible and visual alarm signal of "recirculation pump trip" is sent
2. The red light of the recirculation pump is off and the green light is on, and the motor stops rotating
3. Interlock and open the bypass damper and smoke exhaust damper, stop the booster fan, and close the flue gas dampers at the desulfurization inlet and outlet of the two units
(2) cause analysis
1. 6kV power supply is interrupted
2. The liquid level of absorption tower is too low
3. Absorber liquid level control circuit fault
(3) treatment method
1. Confirm that the interlocking action is normal. Confirm that the desulfurization bypass damper and absorption tower ventilation damper of the two units are automatically opened, and the booster fan trips; The inlet and outlet flue gas baffles of the two units are closed automatically. If the booster fan does not trip and the baffle acts poorly, it should be handled manually
2. Find out the cause of recirculation pump trip and handle it according to relevant regulations
3. Report to the shift chief operator and the sub field in time, and notify relevant maintenance personnel to deal with it if necessary
4. If the operation cannot be resumed in a short time, it shall be handled according to the relevant provisions of short-time shutdown
5. Depending on the smoke temperature in the absorption tower, turn on the flushing water of the demister to prevent damage to the rubber lining and demister of the absorption tower. 4、 6kV power supply interruption
(1) fault phenomenon
1. 6kV bus voltage disappears, audible and visual alarm signal is sent, and CRT alarm is given
2. The desulfurization equipment in operation trips and the 6kV motor carried by the corresponding bus stops
3. The corresponding 380V bus in this section will lose power, and the corresponding 380V load will lose power and trip
(2) cause analysis
1. 6kV bus fault
2. The generator of the unit trips and the standby power supply fails to be put into operation
3. The standby power supply for desulfurization transformer fails to be put into operation
(3) treatment method
1. Confirm whether the desulfurization interlock tripping action is completed. If each flue baffle acts poorly, switch the automatic operation to manual operation immediately
2. Confirm that the power supply of USP section and DC system is normal, the working power switch and standby power switch are in the off position, and disconnect each load switch
3. Contact the shift supervisor and electrical maintenance personnel to find out the cause of the fault and restore the power supply
4. If the feeding system interlock does not act, the feeding shall be stopped manually
5. Pay attention to monitoring the temperature changes in the flue gas system, and manually open the flushing water valve of the demister if necessary
6. Close the regulating baffle of booster fan to the minimum position and prepare for restarting the desulfurization unit
7. If the 6kV power supply cannot be restored in a short time, follow the relevant provisions on lead screw drive and rack drive for shutdown, and discharge the slurry in the pipeline and pump body as soon as possible to avoid deposition
8. If 380V power supply is interrupted, it shall be handled according to relevant regulations
